The works of the prolific, albeit anonymous,
ancient Greek vase artist known as
the Berlin Painter are on display through
June 11 at the Princeton University Art
Museum. The exhibit, “The Berlin Painter
and His World: Athenian Vase-Painting in
the Early Fifth Century BC,” showcases
54 pieces created by the mystery muralist.
The exhibit is free. Hours are Tuesday,
Wednesday, Friday and Saturday from 10
a.m. to 5 p.m.; Thursday from 10 a.m. to
10 p.m; and Sunday from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.
