Acclaimed Atlanta interior designer Beth Webb has just released her first book, which explores how design can elevate the everyday by evoking the five senses. In Beth Webb: An Eye for Beauty: Rooms That Speak to the Senses (Rizzoli, $45), she explains the fundamentals of creating a home with visual appeal that enhances quality of life. The book illustrates Webb’s principles with many images of her elegant interiors.
Victoria Hagan has designed homes for such notable clients as Revlon chairman Ron Perelman and comedian Conan O’Brien, and now we regular folk can gain inspiration from some of her gorgeous interiors. Her second book, Victoria Hagan: Dream Spaces (Rizzoli, $55), out Oct. 10, features a New York penthouse, a Nantucket beach house and a Western ranch among other projects that embody the “soft modern” look.
Fashion designer Reed Krakoff (now chief artistic officer of Tiffany’s) and his wife, interior decorator Delphine Krakoff, have opened the doors to their many homes in Houses That We Dreamt Of: The Interiors of Delphine and Reed Krakoff (Rizzoli, $65).
