The Garden State’s Top 10 Zillow Listings

January 12, 2026

Who among us isn’t guilty of spending time scrolling Zillow? Whether you’re actively searching for a new home, looking for inspiration or enjoying the spectacle of the listings, this website puts the latest, greatest and most eye-popping of the real estate world at your fingertips (and, given the popularity of Zillow Gone Wild, it’s a hobby of many).

We clicked on New Jersey recently and sorted with a high-to-low filter. Here are the top 10 homes at the start of January 2026 (skipping over empty land)—and they are a feast for the eyes.

Not only is this $24.99 million property in Stone Harbor oceanfront, it’s also on a double lot. Between both buildings, you’ll find ten bedrooms and seven bathrooms, plus soaring ceilings and an effortless modern design. Plus spacious decks and to-die-for views—we’re swooning. Listed by Laurie & Jack P. Vizzard, Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Fox & Roach.

Built in 2017, this 21,000-square-foot mansion in Alpine is an ode uncompromising luxury. Take just one step inside and you’re greeted by a dramatic bridge marble staircase and custom wood floors. Beyond that, you’ll find nine fireplaces, Venetian plaster walls and a private elevator. This property has eight bedrooms, 11 bathrooms and is listed at $24.75 million. Listed by Attilio Adamo, Serhant New Jersey.

Also in Alpine and listed at $23.5 million, this home has the vibes of a French Provincial Estate. If the millwork ceilings, custom home office and 11 beautiful bathrooms didn’t sell you, check out the backyard, where there’s 20-foot infinity pool. The lower level is also designed as a wellness retreat with a spa, infrared sauna and full gym. Listed by Nicole Otto, Christie’s International Real Estate Group—Closter.

Situated on the Ramapo River in Mahwah, this is an “equestrian estate” and a dream come true for the horse rider. There are riding trails, a 20-stall barn, paddocks and an indoor riding area. More bells and whistles? A fully equipped wet bar in the style of an English pub, a home theater, a wine cellar, indoor and outdoor pools and more. Listed for $22.5 million. Listed by Charles Oppler, Prominent Properties, Sotheby’s International Realty.

In Cedar Grove, $20 million will get you 12 bedrooms, 11 bathrooms and breathtaking, unobstructed views of the New York City skyline. Plus magnificent double-arched windows in the foyer, an 85-foot pool and six acres settled on a private road for unmatched privacy. Listed by William James, Real Brokerage LLC.

This jaw-dropper was Zillow’s most popular NJ listing in 2025, and it’s listed at $19 million.  The meticulously restored 1907 Crocker Mansion is modeled after a Jacobean-style English castle, and every room sings that history. Deep wooden walls, ornate detailing, two kitchens, a tennis court, a pool, a guest house and an eight-car garage are just the start across the 12+ acres. Listed by Diane Cookson, Compass Real Estate.

New construction homes can be blank slates in the most alluring of ways, as this Mantoloking residence (listed for $18.75 million) proves. Expansive windows flood the rooms with natural light and gorgeous structural pendent lights adorn the kitchen, dining room and built-in bar—and everything else can be customized to your taste. Listed by Susan G. Kellogg, Keller Williams Realty Ocean Living.

We return to Alpine for a seven-bed, nine-bath stunner, which Zillow lists at $18 million. Other amenities include what is (according to the listing) “one of the largest home theaters in Bergen County” (though we don’t know how you would that) that can seat up to 30 people, a pool a cabana, a library and a full wine bar. 8: Listed by Sharon Kurtz, Prominent Properties, Sotheby’s International Realty.

A true oceanfront estate, this property in Mantoloking offers a pristine private beach in addition to 13,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor living space. It’s listed for $17.75 million, and also features multiple outdoor decks, a five-stop elevator, a grand kitchen with a walk-in entertainment pantry and a secondary kitchen in addition to that. Listed by Laureen M. Manhire, Diane Turton Realtors, Wall.

Over in Sea Girt, this is a residence made for elegant living and beachside bliss, and it’s listed at 15.95 million. There are three expansive balconies and great views all around—the ocean and the beautiful landscape unfold in every direction, and windows abound to enjoy it. Out back is a fully equipped outdoor kitchen, lounge area and outdoor shower, all steps away from the beach. Listed by Melissa Giegerich & Megan Schell Schnurr, Keller Williams Realty Spring Lake.
